Notice for Annual General Meeting on December 1, 2024 from 11.00 am to 1.30 pm
We will have Annual General Meeting in
hybrid form using both physical and online meetings through Zoom internet.
The AGM will be organized on December 1, 2024 from 11.00 am to 1.30 pm.
Venue of the AGM and agenda follows,
however it will include Passing of audited annual accounts,
Presidents report for period between last AGM and 30th November 24.
The meeting will be followed by Lunch at 1.30 pm
