  • KPO work at M/s Evalueserve (Ref Times ascent dated 22-2-06): Dr Rahul Verma (MBBS plus M.Tech in Bio-Med from IIT Bombay). He is now doing KPO work related to Intellectual Property. He does KPO work for best pharmaceutical firms of the world, including innovation of their strategies and suggests kind of technologies they should they should use
  • M/s Congurent Solutions: As per Mr Bala J Raman, President “one of the key requirements of a KPO operation is people with strong domain understanding and business process operation”.
  • Mr Naina Hegde, a law School graduate , after having been with to law forms, landed a job with Pangea3, a legal process outsourcing firm. Here he specializes in drafting and managing contracts for multinational clients. It is professionally satisfying, as he gains international exposure, hailing from different industries. Work includes review and redline contracts and suggest revision o contracts, analysis of existing contracts suggesting necessary obligations that the contract may require the client to undertake.
