Name:	The name of the Association shall be "Association of Knowledge Workers, Lucknow".
Registered Office:	The Registered office of the Forum shall be – UPTEC Crossing, 16, Rana Pratap Marg, Lucknow – 226 001.
Working Area:	Initially the working area of the Forum shall be within state of Uttar Pradesh.
Objects:	An Association, registered under Societies Act 1860, a charitable (educational) organization for Dissemination of knowledge, not for profit, with following details is being formed.

1.	To create Knowledge network of knowledge workers, of following fields.

Training & Consultancy.

Governance, e-governance, corporate governance, ethics in business etc.

2.	The Forum will act as facilitator for development of Knowledge Process Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing activities.

3.	The forum will undertake activities to enhance performance of knowledge workers.

4.	The forum to act as facilitator for undertaking research work by its members / corporate executives , leading to award of PhD degree , patents registration , publication of research studies in journals of repute etc.

5.	The forum to provide facility to highly qualified and trained house wives to actualize their potential, by serving from their homes through computer network.

6.	Creation and maintenance of a web site where users post informal journals of their thoughts, comments, and philosophies, updated frequently and normally reflecting their views.

7.	To provide proper counseling to young professional graduates and young professionals.
